Alyx was a virtual assistant in Reboot: The Guardian Code. She was hacked by The Sourcerer.
She had gone haywire. She would act rudely with the users and do the opposite of what they would tell her to do. Vera eventually convinces Alyx to reject the Dark Code.
In Cyberspace, the Alyx system consists of a two level story of cubicles inhabited by robots with face resembling that of the Alyx icon, where it functions like a call centre.
